Hi, I’m Carolina Correa, the Processing Manager for Universal Home Lending. I have been processing mortgages since 2002. Having worked in the fields of Real Estate, Property Management and Financial Wealth Management in the past, I am quite familiar with many different types of mortgages including new construction and first time homebuyers. My vast knowledge with computers and my ability to speak both English and Spanish fluently allow me to efficiently provide our clients with fast, precise and reliable processing of their mortgage needs. Both Universal Home Lending and I believe in working together as a team to provide our clients with the highest possible customer service. This philosophy is what makes it so that the majority of our business is referral based.
